Real error:
The consumer may claim defects in the purchased goods either from the warranty or from the defect in kind, as provided by the Consumer Protection Act – ZVPOt.
The consumer who has duly informed the seller of the defect has the right to require the seller to:

debug the goods or
returns a portion of the amount paid in proportion to the error or
replace the defective goods with new flawless goods or
returns the amount paid.
In any case, the consumer shall also have the right to demand from the seller damages, in particular the reimbursement of the costs of materials, spare parts, labor, transfer and transport of products resulting from the fulfillment of the obligations referred to in the previous paragraph of this Article.
The rights of the consumer referred to in the first paragraph shall expire two years after the day when he informed the seller of a material error.

Return of damaged shipments
If, upon picking up the shipment, you notice that the item or package is physically damaged, lacks contents or shows signs of opening, you must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije. To do this, bring the parcel to the post office that delivered the parcel to you and alert the postal staff that you need to fill out the Damaged Consignment Record form, which you then sign. Together with Pošta Slovenia we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.

Delivery and delivery time:
Delivery in Slovenia is via Pošta Slovenije.

Dismissal of liability
The provider does his best to ensure that the information published on the website is up-to-date and correct. However, in some cases, it may not be possible for the product provider to deliver to you because it is sold out and out of stock. However, the properties of the items, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages.
